Hassle-Free refund and cancellation policy

At HassleFree Legal, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the conditions under which a User (“You”) may cancel services or request a refund for services booked through our Platform.

HassleFree is a facilitator, not a law firm. Services are delivered by independent Advisors.
Refunds and cancellations depend on service delivery status and claim validity.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of the original booking date.

Before Service Starts

Full refund if cancelled before the Advisor accepts or begins service.
Payment gateway fees may be deducted.

After Service Starts

Partial refund may be granted based on work already completed.
HassleFree’s decision on refund percentage is final.

No Show / Non-Response

If the User fails to respond or provide documents, the service is treated as completed.
No refund will be issued in such cases.

If an Advisor cancels or cannot deliver the service:
User may receive a full refund or reassignment to another Advisor of similar expertise.

Refunds are applicable if:

Advisor fails to deliver service within the committed timeline.
Advisor misconduct, malpractice, or policy breach.
Duplicate payments due to technical errors.

Refunds are not applicable if:

Dissatisfaction with the style or opinion of advice.
Refund request after service completion.
False, forged, or incomplete documents submitted by the User.

Submit request via support email or dashboard.
Provide Booking ID, reason, and supporting documents.
Requests reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

HassleFree will attempt to mediate disputes between User and Advisor.
The Company’s decision after review will be final and binding.

HassleFree reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform.
